I spent a week at Mercure Ursus Station, and everything went perfectly. The team is truly exceptional, especially the weekday staff at the reception (morning and evening) and the bar in the evenings. Their service is flawless, always friendly and helpful, which made my stay very enjoyable. I also took advantage of the sauna, which is included for free and available at any time—a great perk to relax after a busy day. The hotel is well-located in a quiet and peaceful area, although it is a bit far from the city center. Still, it’s an excellent choice for those looking for a tranquil place to stay. As a member of the Accor HEARTISTS team at a hotel in France, I would like to thank the team at Mercure Ursus Station for their exemplary adherence to the Accor charter. Guests are truly prioritized in this hotel, and the experience fully lives up to the standards of a 4-star establishment. That said, there were a few downsides. Firstly, it’s unfortunate that the windows in the rooms cannot be opened to let in fresh air. Even with adjustable temperature controls, it can feel a bit warm inside. Secondly, I was disappointed by the restricted hours for having a coffee. For example, it wasn’t possible to get a proper coffee during the night before an early departure. While the receptionist explained that there is a coffee machine in the room, I must point out that instant coffee with a kettle is not a real coffee—it’s flavored water. Having proper coffee available 24/7, especially with a receptionist on duty, would greatly improve the guest experience. Finally, on several evenings, there were issues with a group of young guests on the first floor. They ran through the hallways, shouted, slammed doors, and even knocked on every door, including ours. It appeared they were trying to bother their own group but unfortunately disrupted other guests as well. It’s a shame that the hallways don’t seem to be monitored. While we didn’t report the issue to reception because we don’t like to complain, it was an unpleasant disturbance and could have been better managed. Despite these inconveniences, I still recommend this hotel for its excellent service, facilities, and staff. A big thank you to the entire team for making my stay enjoyable overall!

That was my another stay in this hotel. Again was excellent specially in the bar and lounge area. Special thanks for Rafal from the bar. He is great value for the hotel.. Very warm and welcoming reception staff. Definitely coming back next year.
