The staff is the friendliest, genuine kind people. They have the most beautiful rooms, try getting the villas if you can. I’ve been to 33 countries and Phuket at Pullman remains my favorite. Not far from all interesting places, ask for the driver called Mr Yusuf who lives across the hotel, he’ll transport you and wait for you wherever you go.

The facilities are wonderful and the team members are very helpful and friendly. Went to the Tamarind Restaurant and the food was superb only to be outdone by the service of their waiting team Bia, Goft, Nan & Beam. They were very professional and knowledgeable about what we were eating and drinking. A very passionate team indeed. Would definitely go back to the restaurant again.

My wife and I enjoyed our 9 night stay at Pullmans Beach resort. The resort has the best views, pools and atmosphere. We stayed in a Garden view villa with lunge pool. The rooms were spacious and modern.

We had a good stay at your hotel. We have specially booked this place for some relaxed downtime and visiting the beach. The beach was a let down as the water was very far away and it was muddy, therefore inaccessible. Also there was a lot confusion at the time of check-in as the concerned person was not able to gauge our needs. We were provided with a room only at 4 PM whereas their Check-in time was 2 PM and we reached the hotel 1:30 PM. The rest if our stay was pleasant and uneventful. Also the shuttle service to Night Market on Sunday and the Central Festival Mall was delightful add on. We also went to Tamarind Restaurant for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed the food.
