The view from our room is beautiful. The selection of F&B outlet is just right for our 4 nites stay. Breakie at Maddies is great experience. Khang from Mad Cow is very attentive, friendly and helpful. Service with a smile! Well done Khang. Keep up the good work.

Great stay from arrival at the airport till departure. The team was professional, attentive to details. Few of them made the extra miles :) thank you Kim for great care, Thai (and I know you are local and not Thai at all) for giving me even food that was not on the menu, annoying you with my requests :) and last a special thank you to Dat that my airport ambassador till I leave Phu Quoc. Great time, great spirit ! Still few details to make it even better but I trust Frank (the GM) and his team will make that happen. At the end of the day, it’s about people that makes the stay a memorable one.
