She was professional, responsive, and extremely helpful, ensuring everything worked perfectly during my stay. Her dedication and friendly attitude truly stood out. Nice resort very convenient for families with children with safe beach and many activities. Modern property with large rooms with amazing views on the beach and the scenery - Good environment with bars and restaurants and markets nearby - Bikes at the resort and convenient transportation to the airport only 15 min ....Food is good at all restaurants with reasonable prices and the must is the staff who always pay attention to your request and try to bring you solutions and appreciation. A recommended hotel choice in Phu Quoc , not the nicest beach but well located and good place for a break or for your holidays .

The resort in my opinion more 4 then 5 star. What definetely is not 4 or 5 star is the service. Veeeery slow everywhere. Why should it take 15-20 minutes to get a drink at the beach bar?? More than half an hour if you order by the QR codes at the beach. 4-5 people chatting and playing with their phones instead of being attentive towards CUSTOMERS in the poolbar. Endless of wrong orders received.....the whole place has a huge hands-on management problem, in need of direction and simple management. Guys at beach never say hello or try to help, more trying to avoid eyecontact to stay of our work it seems like. I hold gold and above status in several hotel-groups and have been travelling extensively over the past +35 years all over the world in both biz and leisuter and I am sorry to say, your place needs to lift your standards badly, you need managers in every station that hands on tell staff what to do and for god´s sake increase the speed of things.We come to enjoy, not to be agitated!
