Quite basic but sufficient in provisions if you are looking for something to just stay in. We were there on my husband's birthday and Emron from the front office was kind to take care of the little celebration. Staff is friendly and smiling. Rooms could have a little more lighting though. Over all 3/5 stay. Neat and clean.

Like the location and facilities in general. Room was spacious, bathroom was a bit dark with the dark tiles but overall no complaints. Bed was comfortable. We had a decent view. Breakfast at Streats on the 6th floor was ok for the price charged. The shuttle to the nearest BTS station is a nice touch, greatly appreciated and used. Staff were friendly overall but we are very disappointed by the staff at the pool. There were a few and no one bothered to ask if we needed anything even tho we were sitting in the bar area. Our first day here we were told the pool closes at 6pm every day so they could turn it over into the vodka bar. It's very disappointing to not be able to use the pool in the evening. We had planned to return with our teens in the near future but have now reconsidered due to the early pool closure.

Had my breakfast at the hotel. The best treat was the pork satay. Alex & Nan who served us were very helpful and prompt. It was the environment of friendliness in the hotel that made our stay a memorable one.
