Ich war mit den meisten Services im Hotel zufrieden. Auch das Wellness King Zimmer war ausgezeichnet eingerichtet. Dort hat mich allerdings der Housekeeping Service enttäuscht, weil praktisch an jedem Tag irgendwas fehlte oder zum Beispiel die Nespresso Kaffeekapseln nicht regelmässig entfernt wurden etc. Im Nourish Restaurant hatte ich dagegen einen vorzüglichen Service. Dort sind mir besonders folgende Angestellte aufgefallen: Som-o, KP und Pang. Auch an der Rezeption wurde ich hervorragend bedient. Man merkt, dass diese Leute sehr gut geschult sind.

Hotel Lindo, quartos espaçosos: por ser membro Platinum recebi um upgrade para a suíte Quentin há cerca de 70 metros quadrados. O hotel é muito limpo, a comida, café da manhã com opções saudáveis e muito saborosas. o horário do chocolate é interessante utilizei apenas uma vez já o chá da tarde e o lar de executivo disponível para membros Platinum/Diamond e quem está na suíte também é sensacional Eu voltaria para o hotel por todas as vezes que eu estiver em Bangkok!
