Mövenpick Hotel Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok

I had a really great stay here! Clean, safe, relaxing atmosphere, comfortable, solid breakfast buffet, nice rooftop pool, good location close to public transportation (with free tuk tuk rides to the metro every half hour) and within the Sukhumvit neighborhood (along a calmer side alley), and *excellent* staff. In particular, the concierge named Num was a huge help! I had some issues with my upcoming transportation to the south of Thailand, and Num solved the problem almost immediately. I went from a sold-out ferry to having direct pickup from my next hotel straight to the ferry I wanted! I also had another challenge with booking a dive trip, and Num even let me use his phone to make some calls and resolve the issue. I will definitely stay at the Mövenpick Hotel Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok next time I pass through the capital city - and I look forward to seeing Num and the other hotel staff then. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Happy Stay with All comfortable things .. We were welcomed all around the hotel places especially by the reception staff especially by Mr. Mohammad the guest relation manager. The pool area was relaxing and comfortable place and the food and drinks were delicious. I will come back again with my family.

I arrived on 07 Mar and stayed for 2 weeks. Was here on a business trip and spent 90% of my time in the hotel. Overall, it was a good experience. I would like to give special mention to a few individuals who went above and beyond their call of duty. Khun Toy, housekeeping staff who took care of upkeeping my room on a daily basis, her warm smile never failed to cheer me up, her attention to details was very much appreciated, when it was her day off, her absence was strongly felt. Khun Bugz, IT Manager was present during the first few days of my training, which was extremely reassuring. He was always on hand to assist and support. When I had a glitch with the wifi in my room, he had it rectified within half an hour offering a solution. He too always had a warm smile when our paths crossed and would check if all has been well. Khun Bew, a restaurant staff, was assigned to take care of our meeting on 16 Mar as we had been relocated to the club lounge for our session. The hotel was fully booked for their meetings so the regular banquet staff were taking care of other meetings in the conference rooms. What impressed me about this young gentleman was the amount of initiative and proactive attitude he has. He approached each and every participant to offer them coffee or tea when they arrived. He did the same during our coffee breaks. I could tell he was highly entertained by our session as he took the initiative to take photos without me requesting which I greatly appreciated as I now have an amazing collection of photos of the training I conducted. These 3 individuals are truly an asset to the hotel, with the hospitality industry having taken a beating during COVID, individuals like Khun Toy, Khun Bugz and Khun Bew are treasure gems! There are many others in the restaurant, Banquet and Front Office who have been extremely warm and helpful too, every request was always tended to and nothing was impossible. I wasn’t able to get all your names, a sincere thank you to everyone in Movenpick Hotel Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok for making feel at home during my stay.

Excellent service by the restaurant staff as expected by any 5 star hotel. I would to say special thanks to Ms. Nate and other staff who were very attentive and friendly towards us during stay. :) I would like to visit again soon in the future to Movenpick Hotel.
