Extremely comfortable bed, great size room and very helpful staff. We like to sleep with fresh air in the room. Reception made the effort to locate the key to open the small awning window which was locked. Club attached handy for a meal and drink. Easy access after a long drive!

On arrival, and due to our Platinum status, we were generously upgraded to Room 52. Our welcome gift was most appreciated and Daniel could not have been more accommodating for us. He advised of the times of the dining facilities (due to the Wests Tigers club undergoing renovations) and how we could obtain breakfast the next morning. The bed was extremely comfortable with the room having ALL amenities required. We travel extensively and this would have been one of the best experiences we have had for a long time. Daniel was so helpful and as I had rung him prior to arrival, everything was in order. Daniel is an asset to ALL and to Mercure Tamworth in particular. A delightful experience - thank you Mercure Tamworth.
