The beds here are the most comfortable beds ever. 10/10. Room very clean, and connected to the club next door for an easy meal. Great for activities on the south side of town and only a 5 minute drive to the CBD.

I was a little disappointed with my recent stay, as I felt the overall standard had dropped since my previous visit. There were a few small touches missing that I would have expected, including a coffee machine in the room, a bathrobe, cotton buds and makeup removal pads. Although a coffee machine was provided when I requested one, it would have been preferable for it to have been available in the room from the outset. Individually, these may seem like minor details, but together they detracted from the overall experience. Having stayed here before, I was expecting the same level of comfort and attention to detail that I had enjoyed on my previous visit.

Coffee machines and bathrobes are additional amenities provided exclusively in our Superior King Rooms and are not standard inclusions in other room types. i tried to book my daughter early with her crysing baby under my diamon membership and was told i had to change the reservation i have always found thus hotel one of the rudest hotels of all my diamon membership stays i do not reccomened this hotel

We were travelling with another couple & instead of booking 2 seperate rooms which was looking pricey, I discovered that the Mercure has a 2 bedroom suite which was very economical when splitting the cost. The beds were very comfortable & they had large bath towels which were very soft. They also had plenty of parking & lots of room to park our RAM. The hotel was also not far from town & getting an uber into town & back was not a problem. Would definitely stay again.

We checked in early on our arrival and, while our room wasn't ready, we were provided our keys so we could go straight to our room that evening when we returned. The room was clean and very comfortable.
