Phone booking, late in the day, Dean was excellent which facilitated smooth and speedy check-in. Room was lovely, bed wonderfully comfortable. I would always appreciate a spare towel, but when you have to think that hard for any negatives there is nothing to complain about!

Great stay!

Right from the start the staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and was already at a comfortable temperature. Facilities were pointed out to me and there opening/ closing times. They even offered to open up the gym earlier as I had an early start. Overall, couldn't fault the hotel or staff. Would recommend to anyone visiting Tamworth.

You need a car but great hotel

Very clean, quiet and nice and new. Only comment would be it is a bit out of town so if you don't have a car could be a bit limiting. There is the Club and a supermarket available within walking distance. Great place and would recommend
