Our room entrance faced the afternoon sun on a hot afternoon. The direct sun caused the electronic door lock to overheat and not open with swipe card. The staff at the front desk was aware of the issue and knew that holding a bag of ice on top of the lock was the only solution. She offered to hold the ice on the lock but as she was busy I did the job myself. After we came back from going out for dinner we had to get another bag of ice to open our door. Luckily I thought to check the door before we unloaded our young children as the lock took up to ten minutes standing in the direct sun to begin to work again, in that time I had my car still running to keep air conditioner working for partner and kids

Paid for the most expensive Superior King room and was put in a 30 year old un-renovated old run down room where the air-conditioning didn't even work. Had to complain and wait for an hour in a 40 degree room for them to find a new room. Hard to imagine the guy on the desk didn't know what room he put me in. Beware of this place.
