Light, bright room looked great on arrival. I was looking forward to my o/night stay, after staying in several other motels during a long road trip. First thing was a drink of water - the glasses were very sticky inside and the bottoms were covered with a sticky brown substance. Yak! The coffee cups were stained inside, and had been rinsed but not washed. Thought to myself, if the glasses and cups are like this, how clean is the rest of the room and bathroom? I felt uncomfortable for my stay.

Have stayed here several times. Convenient and well run. However the restaurant was closed over the holiday period and no notice was given. Arriving in Tamworth with 40 degree day. Did not feel like going out for food. There was a basic continental breakfast the following day. The email sent welcoming arrival a couple of days before should have mentioned the restaurant closure.

Good location but our rooms were a bit too close to bridge st and could hear the morning traffic clearly. As Accor member, we didn’t get any welcome gift or card while our friend got one in their room. We booked the second room for our parents which the room wasn’t prepared (as in key wasn’t pre-made like ours). We also have been overcharged a little of which I picked up at check in. The receptionist apologised ans refunded on the spot (but still pending transaction). We also were not informed ahead of time that the restaurant will be closed from 21 Dec - mid Jan and therefore only continental breakfast available (we all paid for full breakfast at time of booking). Overall, It’s a comfortable stay. Just lacking of consistency (welcome gifts for Accor members) and communication (breakfast availability ahead of time).

Stayed for two nights for work. Room was very spacious, clean and modern. Great sized SMART TV and desk area. Nothing to fault in the room. On-site restaurant was closed, however that didn't bother me because I was out for dinner one night. On the second night I had food delivered and reception were happy for me to take some plates and cutlery to my room. All reception staff were friendly and welcoming. I will happily return.
