The staff were friendly. The location is good, the bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was great. The aircon struggled and was leaking water onto the floor and there was a slight mouldy smell and hint of cigarette smoke in the room. Also had issues with the key not working several times due to the heat. Staff were helpful every time, but that is something that is frustrating when you're in a hurry.

During my recent stay at the Ibis Styles Tamworth, I encountered several issues that dampened my experience. Room Access Problems - On my first day, I could not enter my room because of card reader issues. I had to return to the office 3 times, the staff attributed this to the heat, which seemed inconsistent since I have stayed here before during hotter weather without any problems. Bathroom Conditions - Additionally, the bathroom was in need of an upgrade, as it felt outdated and not up to par with my expectations for the hotel. Overall, these issues significantly impacted my stay and I hope the management addresses them for future guests.

We have stayed at the Ibis Styles Motel for our last 4 visits to the Tamworth Country Music Festival. The reason we originally chose the Ibis Styles was due to its near location to the Country Music Festival events and activities. The main reason we have continued to stay at the Ibis Styles Motel is because of the cleanliness and the helpful staff that we have encountered during our stays. Keep up the good work and we intend to use the motel for our future visits to Tamworth.
