room was not clean, and some of the towels stink. Also, the service at the reception and the restaurant was very slow and unprofessional - staff didnt understand english and it's so hard to communicate. we had our dinner at the mediterranean restaurant and no one helped to pour the wine, however it had a service charge - a total disappointment! wouldn't recommend and will not go back.

Good amenities and services provided. Rooms was clean and well maintained. Balcony was a plus point, was able to get fresh air at any point during the stay.
