We came here for the third consecutive year, every time it is a pleasure : the hotel is modern and well designed, the breakfast buffet has everything you can dream of, the garden and pool are beautiful and the most important thing is the kindness of all the staff. i want to express my gratitude to all of them who makes the stay special, especially : Angga the manager, , Reza and Eko at the breakfast, Kareem at the reception. They all have been verY helpful and attentive to make the stay truly exceptional .

everything is great, love the dining experience and very nice room. the only unfortunate thing was my bathroom shower is not hot enough, they need to fix or do something about it, I ended up need to take shower in the bathtub.

The hotel facilities and staff were good but we had a bad experience in our rooms.
