My family and l had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Lombok. Great location with beautiful, peaceful surroundings in a traditional Sasak style . I cannot recommend the staff highly enough , they went out of their way to help us with everything during our stay. The breakfast was great and always served with a smile .My family already miss the hotel and it's staff and look forward to returning in the future

Loved my stay at Novotel, loved the morning sunrise walk right on the beach and loved the dining and massages. Service was amazing, very friendly and impeccable and ecspecially from Udin 🙌🤩 Massages were amazing and feeling 1,000000 dollars. Felt very spoilt.

We had a great stay, hotel was well kept, the pool was amazing, and the staff were fantastic, all very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

We were a family of five travelling together, rooms were ideal for our needs, pool was amazing, staff were really helpful for hiring motorbikes etc, Beach Boys and restaurant and bar staff were great.

The stay was pleasant with very polite and friendly staff. They are very helpful, especially those managing the activities and towels at the beach. There was this guy goes by the name of "chilli" that was particularly friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. Excellent friendly service.

Excellent service from Udin and his team, Bambang etc in the restaurant and the girls at reception who organised our scooters were fantastic. The beach boys and our trip to the Gillies was also great. Our rooms were keep clean and tidy and we were given good advice on various surfing spots.
