Rooms, breakfast, staff and everything about Novotel is fantastic and all set in amazing tropical grounds with beautifully designed buildings. Also edge of town location for quiet stay. Having stayed in Kuta for the past 12 years Novotel is now our chosen hotel for the past 4 years.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful 5-night stay at Novotel Lombok Resort & Villas, and overall it was a very relaxing and memorable experience. The hotel is perfectly located right on the beachfront of Mandalika Beach, offering beautiful ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere. We stayed in a Deluxe Terrace King Room with a veranda. The room was very spacious and clean, with an updated bathroom and an extremely comfortable bed. While some of the interior décor felt slightly dated, it didn’t take away from our comfort at all. The resort itself is absolutely stunning. The traditional Sasak-style buildings housing the villas are set within a lush tropical oasis filled with palm trees and charming pebbled pathways throughout the property. It truly feels like a serene island retreat. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their warmth and attentiveness really enhanced our stay. As we visited during low season, the resort was pleasantly quiet with fewer guests, which made for an even more peaceful experience. Because of this, breakfast was not the usual large buffet, but rather a smaller, condensed selection. However, there was also a good à la carte menu available, and we found the options more than sufficient. Unfortunately, it rained for four out of our five days, and due to the weather, the beach wasn’t ideal for swimming during our stay. That said, the pool area was lovely and well-maintained, and we made good use of it several times. We also took a walk to nearby Seger Beach, just along the coast to the left of the hotel. It has beautiful white sand and is a great spot for surfing or swimming when the ocean conditions are calm. From the hilltop, you can enjoy views of the Mandalika International Street Circuit and catch a stunning sunset. The gym was another highlight for us. It was clean, well-lit, nicely air-conditioned, and equipped with everything needed for a good workout — we used it daily. Overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. As it was our first time visiting Lombok, this resort made a fantastic impression, and we would absolutely return to stay here again.

I order Ayam Taliwang for my dinner to room service, the taste is delicious and the portion is enought. Room clean and smell good, the fragrance of the shower gel is nice. Staff are friendly and helpfull (Dawe as a waiter is nice grooming, friendly, and helpfull). For the breakfast I ate nasi goreng for my main course, the portion is enough but the taste for me is too oily. Location is very closer from Sirkuit Mandalika and beach. Thank you for my first time experience travelling in Mandalika

Our family has stayed at Novotel Lombok a number of times, we stay in a Family Villa and really enjoy the hospitality. The location is great and if you want to go into Kuta the hotel makes it very easy. In fact everything is easy, which is due to your great staff, many have been there since we first visited and long before then. We hope to come back again soon, thank you.
