My stay at Novotel Lombok was truly a quiet paradise. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and genuine smiles that made me feel instantly at home. The resort perfectly blends natural beauty with comfort — surrounded by stunning beaches, peaceful scenery, and breathtaking sunsets. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a traditional touch that reflects the charm of Lombok. Waking up to the sound of the waves and the calm atmosphere was pure bliss. The facilities were excellent, especially the beachfront area and the pool, which offered the perfect place to relax and unwind. What made the experience even more special was the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, making every moment of my stay smooth and enjoyable. Specially thanks to Kardi, Gazali, Santana and Anik. The food was also delicious, with a great variety of local and international options. Novotel Lombok is the perfect escape for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and natural beauty. Novotel Lombok in Kuta is honestly a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. The hotel is very clean, calm, and perfect if you’re looking somewhere quiet to properly unwind.
