The hotel is well located and is a pretty hotel. However the staff doesn’t speak English. The experience is not fully welcomed when you can not communicate with the staff. For example, breakfast time you get something you don’t ask because staff don’t get it. Important to share it’s not staff mistakes. The management must care if they knowledge and trying.

The property is located in a very good location. The staff is very helping. King Abdul Aziz in staff helped us a lot in stay. He made sure we have everything that we are looking for Beach is clean and the food is good. Though indian food options are not there, but we did not miss Indian food here. The head chef prepared good enough vegetarian items for us

We booked the Pool Villa; everything was just amazing! The laid-back vibe of the hotel really is the best. Yes, it is a little bit dated but within limits. We would absolutely go back again

My first time staying at Novotel Lombok Resort & Villas. We stayed at one of the Sasak Village. Will definitely come back and experience the villa with a pool. The staff is very friendly and humble. Our villa was very nice, clean, and, most importantly, comfortable. The location is only 8 mins from Kuta, which is where we went for a change of scenery and for some food and drinks.
