I appreciated having somewhere cocooned and private to retreat to during a busy couple of days. The room had all I needed (Room 302). The staff were excellent and helpful.

Suite with 1 bath towel bad start. As a platinum and my partner diamond ALL members which are earned by frequent numerous stays we enjoy the benefit of breakfast included. To be asked to pay for a second coffee is an insult to this arrangement. Years ago Manly Pacific had the same policy and changed after many complaints. Little things like this are annoying.
