Ресепшн отлично! В ресторане подали грязную вилку, об этом я сказал официантке, в номере грязные окна что очень портит впечатление о виде за окном !

At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the dirty fork in the restaurant and the condition of the windows in your room. Cleanliness and attention to detail are very important to us, and we've addressed these issues with the responsible teams to ensure they are not repeated. Regarding the windows, due to recent rain and strong winds, the building façade has been affected. Facade cleaning by alpinist team is already scheduled for next week, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to restore the full experience our guests expect. Bad memories because the matter is not what si have bloody trousers or expensive jewellery and something else th matter is that you are ignoring your guest and don’t want to check even thinking that okay it’s only trousers. Really unsatisfied with the staff of housekeeping, that really brings a very bad reputation to your hotel

As soon as the missing trousers were reported, we conducted a prompt and thorough investigation — both internally and with our external laundry provider. Since the trousers were white, we also checked whether they might have been accidentally mixed with linens. Unfortunately, despite all efforts, we were unable to locate the item. At no point were you ignored, and we regret that it felt that way. Our team did their best to follow up properly and respectfully, and we’re truly sorry that the outcome did not meet your expectations.
