Sofitel Singapore City Centre 5 stars

I said at the Sofitel City Centre as I am a Platinum All Accor Member. I was upgraded to a Luxury Club Room on the 19th floor with a view of the Heritage. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious and had a very large well appointed bathroom too. There was a premium coffee making machine and other luxury touches to make the stay more comfortable. I used the restaurant twice as it can get busy as most of the guests are on business. I took advantage of the free in room dining as a member, and the quality of the food and drinks throughout my stay was of a very high standard. I also had access to Club Millesime, which at the moment isn't serving breakfast. It is open throughout the day serving snacks and drinks with cocktails from 17.30-19.30. It is a secluded space and was never full. Sometimes I had the place to myself. I never used the pool which is on the roof of floor six where the gym is also located. Reception is on level 5 and so too is the main bar and lounge areas and restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner. The lounge area features giant teddy bears on the sofas and chairs, which provides a unique feel to the space. The concierge is located on the first floor and provided valuable assistance throughout my stay. The reception, Club Millesime and restaurant staff were friendly, professional and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I had wifi issues, but only for uploading, not downloading, which was rectified by the end of my stay. The location of the hotel is excellent with an MRT station right next door, and you can easily walk into the city from there. Taxis can be booked at short notice if you prefer. The Heritage and Chinatown are five minutes on foot, so good to explore near to the hotel. I thoroughly recommend staying at this hotel,

I’ve engaged Sofitel Singapore City Centre to host my wedding on 27/05/2023. Never had any regrets choosing them. The level of service provided by Agnes Teo and Neilson has been top notch! From the start of signing the agreement all to the end of the checking out. The rooms are indeed very comfortable and all of my guests have nothing but good things to say about it. I seriously urge people to consider holding their weddings here and I’ll definitely be back! Thank you Sofitel!

The servers are very pleasant. They are warm and welcoming! The food is absolutely heaven. We ordered the steak and crab meat fried rice. :) There is kids meal complete with meal and dessert! Highly recommended!
