Everything was amazing except the air condition at the room and at the corridor of the floor

I've been in other IBIS and what I like is that is a very straightforward service, but in Bolivia, there's still a big gap on customer serivces, attention, quick response of the staff, restaurant attention, not too many staff at night, and my air conditioner was filtering water and we took a picture of fungus over the bathroom door. The commercial staff was very open to hear my feedback and since my first complain they have been trying to take notes of all the problems.
