The reception service was good but bedding hygiene may be poor. I don't know if the hotel complied with the requirements of the ALLSAFE program, but both my friend and I suffered from skin irritation after our stay.

The hotel is nice, nothing to complain about the room as well. But the lack of English speaking staff, no open restaurant in the evening. From the bar menu, which is really basic, even without Western options, every night there were things out of stock. Also the breakfast was very limited. Really, I have been in better Novotel's in China and across Asia.

Hotel is well equipped. Located in Calm and peaceful area very next to Guangda Metro station, which is very convenient to travel anywhere. Hotel employees are very helpful and service oriented especially duty managers Davina, Una, Lisa and Lizzy. They are marvelous and made my stay memorable. I will definitely recommend this hotel who are looking for high quality luxurious five-star service with reasonable tariffs.
