I requested via email to have my deluxe accommodation upgraded to a club room before I ever booked a stay at the hotel. However, they said they didn't receive an email and the room was booked that day when they got to the hotel. I nodded and went into the space. The hotel still has club rooms, according to my inspection of the rooms on the Accor apps, which is the official website. It left me feeling really let down. I was also assigned an uncomfortable room that faced another building when I got there. When I called the front desk, the person who answered the phone was unfriendly and said that every room was the same. I received this from a five-star hotel. That evening, I also sampled the buffet; the café staff's service was unfriendly, and the man's discussion lacked professionalism. Due to the intense heat, the café's conditions are quite uncomfortable. Additionally served cold are the side dishes. I got a free drink because I'm an Accor member, but getting it required some work. They claim you can use it from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., but when I got there at 10 p.m., they told me it was closed. Given the quality of service I've received, I regret remaining here a little.

Stayed in a luxury room, the bed was great, spacious room with everything I needed. The hotel is close to our office, close to MRT, shopping mall in front of it. Daily service was very good, we had Yunos and team taking very good care of our room. Breakfast was varied with international options, so good to have it included. Starbucks and other options walking distance.

Beautiful hotel with top notch hospitality. The amenities are fantastic, the room was clean, comfortable, and super cozy, the breakfast spread was wide and super delicious and the service from the staff is remarkable. It made my wife’s birthday staycation extra special. A special shout out to Yunos who made sure our room was spotless and attended to our needs above and beyond our expectation in a very polite and professional manner.

The rooms were clean and well maintained . The layout well planned and spacious . The hotel itself was design beautifully and modern. The breakfast buffet was amazing catering to many cuisines. Best we had in a while. Yunos took great care with our room and was very helpful. We would definitely be back again … nice to be lost amongst the concrete jungle in this blissful place!
