A wonderful hotel with a brilliant Breakfast Buffet, that is let down somewhat by - Club Millésime consistently put out unnecessary large containers of cool or cold “hot” food at 5pm, the start of Apéro Chic. - Poorly stocked bar, at times inattentive staff and unnecessary restricted Welcome Drink - No status recognition on check-in and no upgrade, despite their being availability.

Friendly staff, great location & lovely rooms & facilities. My only negative feedback is that our room did not have hot water, it was only luke warm & the maintenance guy had no idea how to fix it so we just put up with it.

1. It was nice to offer us a single pax free breakfast, even though we were a couple. But we informed the check in staff that we will NOT be able to have breakfast anyway because we were checking out before breakfast started. And the reaction was just, ok goodbye. 2. Even though i validated my carplate at checkout and was assured i just need to drive out, it did not work and i was asked by the security guard to pay for the parking after a good 5 min wait at the gantry. Im happy to simply accept what was booked, and dont expect additions, but please at least try to deliver on the promises.
