Overall the staff very incredibly helpful, doing their best in a situation that were beyond their control. However, we were not able to extent our stay even after getting confirmation that it was extended and were asked to take our bags and leave by the front desk. It put a sort of bad taste towards the end.

Very good for the brief overnight stay we had there. Only one thing that would be a nice improvement, would be to have some coffee made available in the room. Appreciate the effort to reduce the use of plastic, but perhaps some kind of small jar could be made available. Otherwise, a nice stay.
