Good stay after a long flight and good breakfast. My only suggestion is that the front desk needs more staff at busy times (probabaly most times)... there was a long wait on arrival while the single agent dealt with walk in guests and "escorts" visiting other guests. Accor members with confirmed bookings should be checked in quickly- and certainly priorized over "escorts"

I like the hotels near the airport, and super clean staffers very friendly and enjoy the colourful lobby with colourful Room! The best part of the hotel it’s very close to the airport and there is a bus every 30 minutes. I would recommend anyone visiting Dubai, and looking for hotel near airport this hotel is the best.

Fast check-in, room on 4th floor, nicely appointed, basically but functional furniture, has everything you need. The main problem is housekeeping. Usually, a customer pays for a hotel room for having his/her bed done, towels (if not changed) at least folded. This "on request" is arbitrary. I know that many hotels have this "policy of not *disturbing * a customer, but hey, I want to be disturbed to have my room clean! The tapestry/carpeting was evidently dirty, soiled. The tiling was dirty. Walking with the room slippers meant to have the undersole blackish. I changed 3 pairs in one week. I guess staff do what they can, but maybe more training or amenities for cleaning? Breakfast was from Ibis styles m, okeyish, staff courteous. Check out, but I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY EMAILED BILL!!!!!

the toiletries were missing, cockroach in the room, room service took long to deliver. the reception boy hisham was very cooperative ( full marks to him )
