Having suffered the indignity of being domiciled here by a local company for which I was providing some consultancy work, I found it to be completely unsuitable for anything other than an overnight stay. The layout of the breakfast area defies logic and the ability to move freely is a non starter, as access to the limited selection of cereals, milk and bread necessitates attempting to get through a queue of people eagerly awaiting hot food and who think one is trying to jump the queue. Seating is inadequate at peak times and consequently trying to find a table is akin to playing musical chairs - someone is always going to be disappointed. The internet provision can only be described as being utterly pathetic and for anyone trying to complete prolonged periods of work that require connectivity, you will experience a range of emotions such as frustration, powerlessness and anger. And as if by magic, right on cue, the internet connection dropped just as I attempted to post my review on another platform. Now, who would have imagined that happening?

It was nothing special. Receptionist had no idea about the early check in when shown the confirmation he said it’s not in my system. Breakfast choice was very limited.

The hotel had problems with the checkin system and we never got a key to our room. We had to be followed up by security or front desk staff every time we wanted to get in to our room. We had also booked and payed for a early checkin, but the front staff did not want to honor this and we had to wait un til a different staff member came on duty before this was soughed our, way over time.

Air conditioning did not work but room was simple and clean. We called down to desk and they said they could exchange currency so we went down to the lobby 5 min later and they said they couldn’t. The desk staff was a tad bit rude about it when I explained that we just called. I stated I was confused since we just called down. I took the high road thanked them and we went out. Also it was never mentioned to us at checkin they have a bud that goes to and from airport so we paid both times. Would I stay here again, no but at 80$ it was perfect for a 15 hr layover. Also exchange more at the airport just in case the hotel doesn’t do money exchange.

My reservation through the app was cancelled and there were no rooms available when I have arrived, despite I have already paid online. My problem was solved but it was 2 am in the night and this was an unnecessary action. Then extending the stay was also a big challenge. Reception team is very friendly and helpful. The cafe has not tasty products. The sandwich tasted like it was some days old, the coffee tastes also like the milk was not fresh to drink. And the stuff here was not as friendly as in the reception. Room was very good Near metro, this is also very good
