Dangerous Mould from In Room AC Unit

Friendly reception staff, however, the room I was in and another room my colleague was in both had the same dangerous problem of mould. The mould fell from the AC unit constantly. This is health hazard. I sent pictures in and wait to see the response

i booked with the impression that this might be better than IBIS express and other categories by it turned out to be a super compact room and bathroom, with absolutely no frills, not even water or electric kettle in room. The metro station is close. But there are hardly any good restaurants nearby. The breakfast has no warm dish except crepes.
