Place to be for a Cityscape .Very friendly staff, clean modern rooms, good and varied breakfast, good location( just 3-4 min walking from the subway).They have also a cheap parking. The neighbourhood is safe, clean and not noisy at night. We enjoyed.

Room clean but very small. Adjacent rooms were being refitted. Debris in corridor and mattresses blocking fire escape - very dangerous. Breakfast on first morning chaotic. Restaurant is not big enough for number of rooms. Not enough staff - those that were there did their best. Coffee machine broken. Fresh orange machine not working.

First of all your Guess SHOULD NOT have to pay for parking muchless €20 a night that’s a Ripoff. The room had a moldy smell, I got to the hotel @1:30 am or later. I had to have a mask on as the smell and dirty CARPETS. I went and asked to change the room and I was told they would in the morning I’m still waiting. The mirror in one of the rooms was all TAPED up, just take it out!! The breakfast area got so hot when someone used the toaster, because there is NO ventilation. I don’t really care about the hallways but the elevator is hot and musky. I know this is Paris and French is the language but you have People from all walks of the earth with kids, and no PROVISION is made for an English Channel or the subtitle to be in English. I have been to hotels in Third World countries that May this look like a dump. Not worth the price.

Overall is good for 3 nights. Except one night the air-conditioning not working.

This hotel was perfect for us. A family of 4. We had two separate rooms in a corner of the fifth floor. The rooms had separate doors but one main door beyond could be closed off so we could leave bedroom doors open - suite style. Rooms basic but lovely… clean… comfy beds… sufficient sockets and the shower rooms were great too. Breakfast was excellent. Typical European breakfast with breads, pastries, cheeses, cold meats, cereals and fruit. Lovely freshly squeezed orange juice. Hot drink machine and water cooler available through the day/night. We enjoyed a hot chocolate when we came in each evening. Staff friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for us. 2 min walk to metro station. 35 mins into central Paris and 50 mins to Disneyland Paris in the other direction. Between hotel and the metro station there is a small supermarket, a delicious patisserie and a lovely cafe/ restaurant. We also enjoyed the small market there on Tuesday. Would return in a heartbeat.
