I highly recommend Ibis managers to pay attention to that hotel. I stayed there one week. Food for breakfast always finished at 9:30. Explanation was fun: it is too many gests today it is why all finished.... You can see my experience with Ibis hotels over the World but I have never met something like there.

I recently stayed at Ibis Aktobe and was quite disappointed with my experience. Prior to my stay, I received an email stating that if I registered online, I would receive a compliment. However, upon arrival, the hotel staff seemed completely unaware of this offer and made me feel foolish for even mentioning it. Their dismissive attitude was quite frustrating. Additionally, I was informed that there would be a discount available at the hotel restaurant for ALL - Accor Live Limitless members. Unfortunately, this discount was not honored during my stay, which added to my overall dissatisfaction. I hope the management can address these issues and ensure that their staff is better informed about ongoing promotions to avoid such inconveniences for future guests.
