I can feel why they 3 star hotel

Booking stay at hotel is the most challenging task. Hotel is not on Accor website/app and not even on booking.com. Can be booked only via email. Know the issue continues for 2-3 month and assume it hits occupancy very much. No one in hotel knows when reservation matter will be resolved. Check-in and check-out were very comfortable. Reception team was extremely polite and efficient. Wanted order deliver tea to my room and get a reply that I need to come to bar and pick up by myself. Explanation received that team delivers food but not tea/drinks as they are cheap. At the same time price for tea exceeds price of certain food positions. Feel frustrated that I may have to get sandwich delivered but not tea for the same price. Looking forward when hotel will have a gym.
