Отличный отель в Ақтобе , останавливались на 3 дня по рабочей поездке . Хорошее расположение недалеко от аэропорта , рядом торговый центр керуен . Красивый вид на город , чистые номера . Хотелось бы отметить команду отеля :администрация , фронт офис , хаускипинг , ресторан , повара ( Темірлан , Диляра , Виктория , Екатерина , Гульхан , Светалана все все ) готовые помочь по любому вопросу в любое время . Сытные разнообразные завтраки -шведский стол ! Все было вкусно , чай с бергамотом и выпечка в самое сердце ! Есть меню на обед и ужины , все вкусно особенно запомрился салат с телятиной ! Рахмет за гостепрейимство IBIS ! Желаю процветания и благодарных клиентов отелю !

I’ve liked the breakfasts most of all. The room was a little bit cold and noisy, because the sound isolation is poor.
