The good first. My room was clean and comfortable with a nice sit out balcony. Alexis was helpful and super-efficient. Swapnil was very helpful The hotel in my view as understaffed and also not adequately trained. Despite informing by mail that we will check in late night, the staff had put up no show due to which one of us had to wait for over 30 minutes to get a room. I never got any response to the phone numbers given on your website as well as the toll-free numbers. Mails sent are not acknowledged. All this is not expected from ACCOR Group hotel

Woke me up at 7 am!

The room was good and clean but the workers woke me up at 7 am because of using the drill in the corridor next to my room!! Literally on top of my head
