We were new grandparents looking for somewhere close to Springs for two weeks. The Novotel at Jumeirah Village Triangle was ideal location for us and was a good price. We had a deluxe room with walk-in shower. The room was very spacious, well equipped and the bed was comfortable. The quality and range of breakfast was very good.

I lived here for 15 days and extend 2 more days....last two days unsatisfied by the housekeeping staff because they not came to make the bed last two days . Don't know why and water water also finish every time .

Overall stay was superb. Staffs were nice and friendly. My only concern was your children's pool. It would be better if that part is also thermoregulated because the water is too cold for small children to play with.

Overall it’s Good, but the balcony in the room Must have a screen filter to prevent insects from coming inside the room!!

I had a good stay however the receptionists are not willing to help in any matter and they always make you feel like they are busy and you are not important, like you have not paid for your stay (basically they were unfriendly and arrogant) not all for sure but the ones that i have dealt with (3-4 receptionists)

Bad location , hard to get a taxi and nothing around the area ,no restaurant

Towels are always incomplete .some days we only got 2 hand towel n 1 bath towel .and some days we got only 2 bath towel n no foot towel , we never had a face towel .
