Excellent Choice for Family Vacation

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel, the room is very spacious and maintained well, breakfast food has good options and the best part is, the hotel has a waterpark for kids. The only things to improve are the room's shower water pressure and water temperature (which is too hot for use), and the aqua park water temperature being extremely cold for comfort.

The hotel, staff and experience from start to end was a pleasure. The morning staff in the dining room were exceptionally polite, friendly and very accommodating. The head chef was a friendly face to make sure that all guest were happy with the food provided and welcomed any suggestions and changes to the menu if it was to enhance the experience to suit all pallets. A couple of the service staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was catered for. Have to say it was a delight to come to the dining room in the morning with the courtesy shown by staff from checking in for breakfast. I can only say that I could find very little fault in any of the services provided by Novotel. The rooms were clean and a daily service of towels were provided. The location was perfect for family to call to visit from their homes in Dubai. I will recommend Novotel to many of my friends, who visit Dubai as it provided a very service and warm and pleasant experience. Not able to remember names of the dining staff, but they are an asset to the Hotel Novotel jvt and should be commended for their service and friendly performance to all guests who stay at the hotel. Many thanks and will definitely be planning a trip again shortly. Reasonable prices for such a great experience.
