good location peaceful decent staff in room facility can be better no slippers no toiletries no cotton buds no tissue in room no dental kits coffee station never refilled above things should be taken care of

Bad experience

Unfortunately it was one of the worst stays in my entire life! The customer service was very bad, rooms not clean smells like ****** !!! Pools were under maintenance, checkout took around two hours. I wasn’t surprised! I was shocked! Although the hotel manager compensated us with free dinner and he was understanding but can’t explain how was the feeling of staying in a very dirty rooms.
