The hotel is beautiful itself. The rooms are are very well laid out. Check in was not how I expected it but looki bf at the circumstances I can understand why it was very quick. Upon checking into the room we realised some things were not taken care of however upon speaking to Alexis in FO he was understanding and offered us an upgrade to a different room straightaway which was really appreciated as we came to stay for a special occasion. He handled it well and understood and he also prepared a cake to help us celebrate. I would definitely come back to the hotel again. A special mention to Khalid in the restaurant hungry hub. He was lovely, friendly and funny, compliments to the chef too who made our order for lunch, it was amazing, we even bought extra takeaway!! The pool was closed which was a bit disappointing and we had to cross over to movenpick to use the pool which discourages us. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

Stayed twice using the accor app and had the same problem upon check in. Rates are not matching with the booking confirmation that I have received, Alexis from reception insisted that I booked it incorrectly and was not willing to check with reservations unless asked if I can speak to reservations team. He also doesn't know that I can use points for the stay and was blaming me that I booked the reservation incorrectly while you are having your system problems. He also insisted that I booked breakfast for 4 pax. Why would I book for 4 pax while we are only 2 and maximum person in the room is 2? It's not my problem you are having trouble that your rates are not maching online and in your opera system. He also didn't ask permission if he can bring my phone to back office and show to his manager which I find very unprofessional as phone is very personal. He was rude and unapologetic for both our stay. You should provide proper training to your staffs especially in front office as it the first impression of the hotel. Please ensure that your FO staffs know how to use resaweb and hotel link and just not insist that your guest was doltish booking a room in your hotel. The facilities was good. Breakfast was also good. Please teach Alexis to be nice and professional as both my check in experience with him was the worst. I used to booked this hotel through other online app and other receptionist was friendly. It was a bad thing to check in with him twice as it made me displeased instead of being excited to relax. My fiancee and I are very chill guest especially we both are working in hospitality industry, we know how challenging it is to have difficult guest and we are both very disappointed that Alexis was very rude even if we are just checking in. It was my first time to experience that staff was rude while you are being polite to them. Staffs from hungry hub, thyme, housekeeping and the life guard was very professional and friendly. Your management should check the attitude of your staffs. As a reputable 4 star hotel it was very disappointing that you are having indecent and displeasing reception staff.

A/C in the roam was not working properly No valet parking They came to fix the alA/C after many complains & they made my washroom dirty & when I asked them to clean it they told me sorry we don't have cleaner this time & made me clean all dirty by my self. Service roam was really bad always busy Pool was full with kids in adults area , we couldn't really enjoy relaxing at all. The only thing which was good hotel is new & clean from outside & lobby is peace . Rest they need good management to improve there level
