The friendliness and support of the staff made this stay and excellent one. There are lots of choices of hotels now in Dubai the differentiating thing is the staff and they excelled in this part. Recently I've been having terrible service at 5 star hotels and this stay they made a difference. Well done and hope you'll keep up the "Can Do, Will Do" attitude.

The breakfast was really good. The Air-conditioning never were at the right temperature There is no water pressure, it is as if you are showering with a very bad water supply, the water is either hot or cold it switches all by itself. I asked to fix it 3 times and nothing changed finally I just gave up. regarsd

The hotel is good and recently opened. The staff looks fine but there was no consideration or respect for Dimond member-guest. for the first time since I have been staying at Accor chain of hotels, I feel uncomfortable and dissatisfied. A dedicated counter for check-in to serve Accor VIP is used for other guests and as a diamond member I had to wait 15 min to get checked in. Also, it was the first to stay at Accor hotels with zero (nill) amenities although I called the reception to send my amenities twice and there was no attempt to do so. I asked for late check-out as a privilege for my category but I felt that I was begging to have it while I was eligible for it. This will be my last stay at the Jumaira Triangle hotels and I don't think that I will stay there anymore although I am a regular customer to accor hotels.
