之中刚进入酒店就有服务人员主动替你放置行李，指引办理入住。进入房间就感到非常大气上档次，符合我的入住条件。早餐菜品非常丰富，体验感极佳。下次再来郑州还会选择诺富特酒店

凌晨红眼航班落地郑州新郑机场，提前预约了酒店的免费接机，司机师傅准时等候，10分钟直达！前台快速办理入住，房间干净宽敞，隔音超好完全听不到飞机声，床垫软硬适中，疲惫一扫而空。早餐种类丰富，热乎的本地小吃很暖心。退房时前台主动帮寄存忘拔的充电器，服务细致周到。赶早班机或深夜抵达，这里绝对是省心又舒服的完美选择！强烈推荐给差旅伙伴！

此次入住该酒店，印象深刻。房间整洁舒适，设施完备。服务团队热情专业，响应及时。酒店的周边环境也很好，安静宜人。早餐的选择很多，满足不同口味。以后出行还会考虑这里。

首先，入住的时候识别到了会员，感谢酒店给升级到了酒店最好的房型。但是，并没有给到欢迎水果，电话要一份小孩的洗漱备品，但是只送来一只牙刷。酒店所在园区负一楼有汽车充电桩，但是前台却错误的告诉我在负二楼，囧。还有就是餐厅的咖啡有点太难喝了！
