Disappointing stay

My mom and I arrived in Zhengzhou after midnight, when we called for shuttle bus we were asked to wait nearly 40 minutes while keep getting calls from the hotel saying the bus will arrive soon. The room was not prepared for two guests and when I asked for a new set of towels which they should have prepared beforehand, they said that room service has closed and I would have to wait till the morning to get the towels, which was unacceptable, I then talked to the manager and she brought me towels from the other empty rooms. The overall experience was AWFUL and it was the worst experience that I have ever had with Accor, I might need to reconsider my membership renewal due to the inconsistency of the service quality that I am getting.
