首先，入住的时候识别到了会员，感谢酒店给升级到了酒店最好的房型。但是，并没有给到欢迎水果，电话要一份小孩的洗漱备品，但是只送来一只牙刷。酒店所在园区负一楼有汽车充电桩，但是前台却错误的告诉我在负二楼，囧。还有就是餐厅的咖啡有点太难喝了！

When I ordered in-room dining service, I mentioned that I wanted to use my membership voucher to deduct the meal cost. However, the restaurant staff failed to inform me that the set meal was not eligible for voucher deduction, resulting in my voucher going unused and me being charged for the meal.

The hotel is located close to the airport but there is nothing to do around the hotel. No convenient store to buy stuff at night as well. Room is spacious and clean. The air conditioning was a bit problematic and I had difficulty adjusting the temperature. Lobby staff is helpful but doesn't speak good English so the communication is somewhat difficult. Overall a standard experience. Would be good for people who visit Zheng Zhou for business purpose but not for leisure.
