Cannot explain how staff was devoted in fitting my condition. For every issue there was great communication and patience from the staff. Hotel itself had beautifully decorated and equipped room for work and leisure.

I had a quite good experience in Sofitel Zhengzhou International. Hotel rooms and public areas are well-decorated. Staff are quite welcoming but housekeeping service is not satisfying.

Inside of room is TOO hot, almost 30degress, but no solution to cool down. Room cleaning is not ok, many places are dirty. The restaurant price is higher than other same level hotels of Accor Group. The reception are kind.

Reservation with manager Ma always smoothly, even one of my collegue cancelled the business trip at last minute. She arranged the change immediately. The room cleaned properly. For breakfast, some cooking staff was not at the position and feel hard to order, anyway, above normal level here in China. Would choose Sofitel again for next trip.

I am always appreciative of how the staff treat me when I stay at your establishment. Special thanks to Miao Miao for securing me a good rate, and I also want to especially thank Hebe. in the restairant who had in her quiet and unobtrusive way taken note of my likes at breakfast and never fails to bring me a banana even though it may not be available to other guests that day, n check with the kitchen as to whether smoked fish is available n order eggs to my liking. Guests are always appreciative when they are made to feel at home! I have two comments though..... 1. the menu in the executive lounge should be more interesting, and 2. while I appreciate the upgrade to a suite, the mattress had seen its days n shud be changed! The hotel has a wonderful team of management n staff and I wish them all a very MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY 2020!

Upon entering the hotel, you can feel that its going to be a great stay. The check-in staff was very friendly and efficient. The elevators were fast with short waits. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was great with nicely appointed products included. The bar and restaurant facilities were fantastic. The only drawback to the stay was the extremely slow internet. For such a nice hotel, upgraded equipment to provide faster internet speed would make all the difference.

I travelled with my family, 3 kids under 12 (one coeliac (gluten free). The restaurant managers went out of their way to cater for my daughter. Jason and the reception team organised a trip to the Shoalin monastery, every thing went to plan and we could not fault the hotel. We stayed in two rooms as a family of 5, it was spacious and comfortable. A wonderful experience, which I can highly recommend.
