The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Ms Miao at Reception. The Executive Club is good and the manager is quite competent and dedicated to the wellbeing of the Executive Lounge users. Rooms are clean and well kept. Decoration is typical European. Makes European customers feel at home

One night stay before catching an early morning flight. We had to leave for the airport before the kitchen opened, so the staff arranged to have coffee and pastries waiting for us (and a taxi to the airport) when we checked out at 5:30 AM.

Friendly and hospitable front desk staff, especially Jasmine who went out of her way to help us with directions, transportation, etc. Lounge needs to improve on drinks selection as they were limited and ran out stock. Had to keep asking staff for drinks such as canned drinks
