Service staff generally hardworking, helpful and friendly. Wish to compliment Ms Niu encountered when entering breakfast room. Her spontanous response to offer to my wife to use the Service Lift after seeing her having difficulty executing the stairs from 1st level to lower level of breakfast area was exceptional. Room cleaning however needs some improvements to live up to brand. Towels provided were of unabsorbent quality.

We are truly proud of her spontaneous and caring response when she noticed your wife having difficulty using the stairs from the first level to the lower level of the breakfast area. Offering the service lift was an excellent example of attentive and thoughtful service, and we will be sure to recognize Ms. Niu for her exceptional gesture. That said, we deeply regret to learn that your room cleaning experience did not meet expectations, and that the towels provided were of poor absorbency. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this caused. Your feedback is extremely valuable, and we will address these issues with our housekeeping team immediately to ensure that our standards are consistently upheld. Smooth check in and out, good intro of hotel facilities when I check in, good room service and super attentive. Gym a bit old and lounge closed but still counts for a well above avg Sofitel experience.
