Staff working there are hardworking and helpful. The road leading to the hotel is not ideal, lots of potholes and very poorly maintained. There are also nothing around the hotel, it is nestled among worker’s dormitories. Good for a transit stop to rest and then move on to other parts of JB. Unfortunately location is not ideal for tourists.

In addition, police authorities regularly patrol the area to ensure the safety of our guests. As a plus, we are located near several tourist attractions and conveniently close to the Singapore Tuas Link, making it easy for guests to explore both the local area and Singapore. Regarding cleanliness, we have informed the respective departments to address this matter further. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we no longer provide plastic water bottles. Instead, we have introduced a water station along the walkway, known as “The Oasis,” where guests can refill their bottles as part of our effort to reduce plastic waste. Room and amenities were good. Check in and out was pleasant. The buffet breakfast needs an improvement. Food was very basic. Taste was not so good also.
