Unfortunately, an unexpected pipe burst occurred resulting in a water disruption. We understand how uncomfortable this was, and we deeply regret the impact it had on your experience. While we offered alternative facilities such as restrooms and showers in other parts of the hotel, we realize this was not an ideal solution. Regarding the cleanliness of your room, we acknowledge that the water issue also affected the bathroom, which was not cleaned as usual. This was due to the lack of water, which made it impossible for our housekeeping team to properly maintain the facilities. We deeply regret that this affected your stay and appreciate your understanding. Please know that we have just sent you a direct email.
