I want to stay at this location as it is close to halal eateries. My visit was for meeting that is at MO. I made a mistake in my booking for the wrong month. Tenry Tan was very helpful to register me as a member and get me a room on the day I was to check-in.

Was offered an upgrade however I kindly rejected as I prefer the loft room. Welcome gift for member, nice cosy breakfast and cosy lounge. Clean room. Staff at Bartistry@one22 is friendly and the cocktail is tasty. Great service.

Clean rooms but they were a little cramped. There wasn't much space to open the suitcases. The facilities were good and the pool was nice. We also really appreciated the hotel provided us with a sterilizer for our baby's bottles

Unable to find availability at a property in our preferred area (City Hall/Raffles City) we recently spent three nights at the Mercure Bugis. The hotel is well located, being within an easy walk to Bugis and Bencoolen MRT stations, and close to local shopping malls. Although comfortable, the rooms are decidedly small and ours (Heritage room, queen bed) was really best suited to single occupancy with floor space and storage being very limited. The roof top pool area is small but very pleasant. Breakfast offered a good range of food and service was good although the arrival of several large tour groups did present staff with some logistical challenges which were eventually sorted. We would definitely consider a return visit, but would try to avoid the Lunar New Year period.

Dear Management Team, I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent stay in one of your loft rooms. On the positive side, I found the loft room itself to be excellent. The design was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided a great atmosphere for my stay. It is clear that your housekeeping and design teams take pride in the physical space. However, I was disappointed by the service experience at the reception. While I understand that it was Chinese New Year Eve—a period of high occupancy—the front desk’s approach to my request for a late checkout felt unnecessarily rigid. I was told that the policy was being followed "strictly by the book," with little effort to find a compromise or provide a more hospitable solution. While I respect the need for operational efficiency during peak periods, the lack of flexibility or empathy from the staff made me feel more like a transaction than a guest. A more "guest-first" approach, even if the answer ultimately had to be no, would have significantly improved my impression of your hotel. I hope you find this feedback constructive, as the quality of your rooms is currently being overshadowed by a formal and inflexible service style at the front desk.
