Great Stay, well located and excellent service

Booked a stay with Mercure Bugis and was pleasantly surprised. Had a smooth check in and even enjoyed the lounge privileges which was a first for me. Even though it was a small place, it was nice to have a place to chill and have some quiet, even during breakfast. As a platinum member, we were offered an upgrade which we were very thankful, to Stella Chen and Joycelyn who made the stay so memorable. For our complimentary drinks, the bartender (guy) was friendly and explained which drinks were available and made us feel relaxed after a long day of walking. Overall it was a superb experience and will definitely be back again.

Location is great, but the room photos are not as good as in the picture

rooms are not the cleanest, location is great with food around. the loft room design is not what I will return to, the space down is too small, the space up with the stairs are very dangerous.
