As a diamond member, I have stayed at this hotel numerous times now and always found it to be a joy to stay at. I do stay at the club lounge, which is well worth it. The girls that work there are a joy. Theresa,Sue, G,Nina, and Jack's also the rest of the guys and not to forget Nicole and Dewi. you are all an asset to this hotel. Thank you, and well done.😃

Good in general however I asked the receptionist regarding the payment’s doublecate (6200) thier answer allows is we will refund, and I’m still waiting

Stayed here for 4 nights at 2 bedroom apartment. Checkin was a bit slow even though it was midnight, but nevertheless smooth. However, somehow the front desk forgot to give lounge access to the key card, even though he is well aware during the check in about the Accor platinum status. Its ok just a hassle to go down and ask to redo the key the following day. Location wise pullman is really great, u can walk to banyan tree next door and use their bridge to Pavilion mall, so thats really a plus for traveller with baby or kids. Breakfast on the first day was quite good (sunday morning), but the rest of the day it is mediocre, to the point that i chose to have breakfast outside on the last day. Cleanliness also need to be improved on the room. Apartment room is decent but old, so imho renovation is really due.
