The room they upgraded is not that great i approached front desk response is very poor then I requested for suite night voucher upgradation is mandatory upgrade voucher which i hold as a platinum member that also they refused to use so what is meaning of loyalty when your not respected with membership.

Like a 3-star hotel hospitality or maybe below that. The check-in proccess took so long to wait then i got moved to 4th floor and it also took more than 15 minutes to complete the proccess. After that i get into the room then leaving. Then at the lobby THE RED CARPET BLOCKING THE WAY!!!, why they don't book the entire hotel if using the main enterance, after back from outside we get welcome card in our room stated "Dear Ms. Jessica Wieyani Chandra", WHO TF IS JESSICAAAA?????, after seeing that card the housekeeping knock on our door just to take that card and saying "you can keep the fruits"???????????????????? SO IT'S A GIVEAWAY FRUITS??? LOLLLLL

This is my go-to place to celebrate our anniversary and Pullman never disappoint us. Got a room-upgrade and had a lovely Sunday lunch buffet where we were served with so much love. A quite stay although it is located just across the Pavilion which another plus point why I keep coming back.
