Really nice hotel set in a good location overlooking Jumeira mosque Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choice Friendly staff on the reception and kitchen/dining area Few of the staff in breakfast area from uttrakhand (can’t remember the names) were helpful and friendly, Jamaluddin was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Kareem the receptionist was helpful too …

This is my second time staying in this hotel. The hotel is magnificent, and I would like to note that the staff here are simply wonderful. The service is top-notch. I would like to give special mention to the buffet staff, namely JAMALUDDIN, JOEL, JAYENDRA, and PANKAJ. They were very attentive and did their job well, and were very polite and friendly. The buffet was always clean, and the food was delicious. If the staff saw that I needed something, they always offered to help. I would also like to thank our cleaner THAN SOE for her excellent work, politeness, and care. She does her job perfectly, my room was always tidy and clean, and all the necessary amenities such as bottled water, shampoo, and shower gel, napkins, clean towels, and bed linen were always in the room! Thank you very much! I will gladly return to this hotel for the wonderful staff and service!
