Was looking for something sensibly priced but also accessible. Its 1 minute from Canning Town tube, service was great quality and cleanliness was excellent. Would have got 10 if it was a decent sausage at breakfast

Stayed for one night after an event at the O2. Perfect location - easy to get to and from the O2. Room wasn’t huge but was well laid-out. Breakfast selection was good. Would stay there again.

I know it's not about you, but some guests were kicking with the doors and it was very stressful and loud. My suggestion would be to somehow remind guests that they are not alone in the hotel and that they should have feelings for other people. I know it can't solve the problem, but I believe it can affect some percentage of people. Maybe include some story which will influence guests, but where no one will feel called out, and will actually call for conscientious behavior so that everyone's stay in the hotel is extraordinary experience. And the same can be attributed to the overall mission of your brand. It's like you did with a bottle of water and a housekeeping. Thank you. 😉

649antonyd Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

I stayed here recently and it was a nice surprise how good it was. It felt very modern. When you walk inside the bar area is directly in front of you and there isn’t a traditional reception area as such, but there were a couple of friendly guys who looked like gym recruiters, dressed in T-shirts rather than the usual suits you see in other hotels. But, they were, in fact, the reception team. They were really friendly and extremely helpful when I asked about potential dinner options. The hotel looked good and felt pretty new and the decor in the halls was fun. The room was decent, maybe a bit on the small side, but it was clean with a kettle and teas/coffees. There’s a TV that you can hook up to your phone to watch your favourite channels, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom had a shower and a lit up mirror, with shower gel and shampoo provided. There’s loads of places to eat nearby - there’s literally a McDonald’s next door if you don’t actually like food but there’s some nicer places nearby including a pizzeria and another Italian restaurant. The breakfast in the hotel was absolutely fine - cereals, granola, muesli, some fruit and yoghurt plus cold meats and cheeses and traditional English fare of eggs, bacon, sausages, beans, etc…If you don’t fancy that, there’s a Pret and a Starbucks literally 10 paces away. Only issue you might have with this hotel is Canning Town is a bit far out of the centre, but I don’t mind travelling extra rather than having a shabby hotel in the west end. Liked it.

One night stay for abba voyage visit. Good location directly opposite Canning Town underground station checking in quick and efficient by friendly staff. Room compact but perfect for short stay,bed comfortable and bathroom facilities very clean with excellent shower.. Bar area busy but ordered pizzas which were very good and promptly served. Overall a comfortable and enjoyable stay ar excellent value for money. Would recommend for visits to the area
