staff excellent & room lovely. However my room was next to the service hatch and the men were working very loudly until 10am

Perfect in every way. Though it can be tricky finding the Morrisons underground carpark if you're not sure where you're going. Once you know, its easy, and only costs £15 for 24 hrs. Rooms are clean and modern. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Will stay again later in the year.

I could not believe the amount of people on laptops sitting in the bar/restaurant area for hours not purchasing anything and on occasions bringing in food from other retailers. I struggled to find somewhere for our party of 4 and even watched others who were actually willing to purchase food and drinks leave the premises as they could not get seats

The seating issue is a continuous challenge for the hotel, but we are willing to address it and ensure appropriate measure are put in place to mitigate this to happen.
