This is such a lovely hotel! The location is on the east-side of London near the O2 and Canary Wharf. You've got a tube station, a DLR station and a bus station right outside. The tube line is the Jubilee line which links easily to different lines and the centre of London too. The rooms are nicely decorated, there's enough plugs and space for clothes for a few days. The shower is a decent size, but the water pressure was a bit naff. The team came in and tidied the room and made the bed which was a nice touch. I didn't think they'd do this when we were only staying for 2 nights. Highlight for us though... is the staff!! Every single staff member we spoke to was SO friendly, warm and inviting. My shoutout goes to the person on the front desk when we arrived on Friday 16th Jan at about 3:30pm. He was a Man Utd fan even though he lives in London!! But he really made us feel welcome and deserves all the praise!!

Great location across the road from the tube & only 1 stop from the O2. We couldn't hear any noise from outside, only drawback was the noise of the tv & talking from the room above.

I booked this hotel sadly only for one night. First thing first, the train station and different bus stops are right next to the hotel. Westfield mall and airport are just few stops away. I liked the Reception area with attached bar/cafe. It does have a cool vibe. I requested for a bit early check-in, and the nice guy at the reception helped me out. The room had a personalised welcome note for me which was a lovely touch. Everything was super clean, i had tea kettle with different option of teas and two bottles of water which lets be honest, Not a lot of Ibis hotels in Europe do anymore. I was alone but room would be spacious enough for two people. Thank you and I would definitely stay with you again I had an early flight and DLR line was not open yet but 474 bus will drop me right next to the airport door.
