We visited friends in Paris the first weekend of the New Year and we were warmly welcomed at Bastille Boutet. Staff were helpful and courteous, and the entire hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Location is excellent - a few minutes walk from the Marche Aligre and the Couloir Vert, near to Bastille and its excellent transport links. The swimming pool and spa are a rare treat in the middle of Paris, and rooms are spacious and quiet. We will be back!

Dear Jessica, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue my husband and I encountered during our recent stay at Boutet from December 28, 2024 to January 1, 2025 in room 605. On December 31, we discovered ants under the bed in our room. We promptly notified the front desk about this concern. Unfortunately, since it was New Year's Eve, the manager was unavailable to address the issue immediately. The front desk staff kindly offered a 10% discount on our stay as a remedy, which we appreciated at the time. However, upon reviewing our bill, we noticed that this discount was not applied. Given the inconvenience and discomfort caused by this situation, we requested a more substantial remedy, such as a complimentary night or an equivalent gesture of goodwill. We believe this would more accurately reflect the disruption to our stay. Additionally, we have documented the incident with a video, which we hope will assist in understanding the severity of the issue. We have always chosen Accor for its reputation of excellent service and quality, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. We also know the management team at Accor from our investment and work experience. We would like to resolve this matter amicably and continue to recommend your establishment to others. However, if we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, we feel compelled to share our experience on social media and various review platforms to inform future guests. Please let us know how you intend to address this situation. We are hopeful for a prompt and fair resolution and are available to discuss this further at your earliest convenience. Comfortable bed, very good breakfast, no Chromecast

The hotel is comfortable, but my stay was not as special as I had hoped. The hotel lobby is a little clinical, and when we went downstairs for a drink, there was no one behind the bar, and the atmosphere was not festive. The beds are comfortable, the room well thought out, but we were frustrated that there was no option for Chromecast (because the options on French TV varied from bad to truly awful - and that's when you speak French). The full breakfast is very good, but the Express breakfast was more than adequate to our needs. The staff are very pleasant and professional, but they didn't make me feel quite as welcome as at other Accor hotels elsewhere in the world. We are Accor Diamond members, and when we got into our room (late in the afternoon, there was no welcome message or treat - it was delivered later in the evening. We will try a different hotel next time..

The hotel is a real gem, quietly tucked away in the 11th Arrondissement, which has lots of restaurants, bistros and bars, and is only 10 mins walk from line One of the Metro. The hotel is very chic, and the decor is really nice, very modern and clean. The rooms are great with comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was superb with a great choice and very fresh produce, really loved the Madeleines. We also used the gym which is open 24 hours a day. But overwhelmingly the best part of the hotel are the staff, who are extremely friendly, welcoming and willing to help out with any issue you may have. A great experience and we will be back.

Loved our stay. From arrival to departure , the team at the hôtel was warm, friendly, professional and accessible. The room and facilities all of very good quality. All of that a few moments away from the metro and gare de Lyon. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!!
