Disappointed that you restaurant was closed. We had a pizza that was the only item available and it took an extremely long time to have served to us.

Lovely place!

The Staff were friendly, helpful, good humoured and polite. These are difficult times for the hospitality industry, and I was impressed with the positive and professional attitude of all the Staff who I came into contact with. Thank you and good luck !

Great experience from check in to check out

Brief but positive

You sent me a mail asking me to check in on line that involved time and detailed input of passport no etc. Ok arrival there was no one on priority check in and we glad to queye with everyone else They did not seem to know until I informed them that we had checked in on line. Our room key was certainly not waiting. All in all a clear case of gimmicky marketing without substance .

Super easy stay - booked well in advance. Checked-in online, so key card was ready for collection. Room was not big, but wasn't cramped even with two people and two big bags. Could barely hear the planes, but was super being able to watch them land in the morning through the window! Breakfast was included in the rate, and was excellent. At the end of the holiday, I stayed in a different airport hotel much closer to the airport, and it was really bad in comparison to my experience here, and almost double the price! Hotel shuttles to the airport are €10 each, which is quite expensive if there is more than one of you - Uber is ~€12, and airport taxi was more than €20.

The IBIS is a typical IBIS, OK room, small with a good bed, a small desk, hardly any room to put a bigger suitcase and a adequate bathroom. The restaurant is OK but certainly not exceptional and so is the breakfast. Staff seem to change fairly often and even though you stay with them more often, only very few seem to recognize you as a returning guest. They do however always have your welcome pack (drink and good Wi-Fi) ready upon arrival.

I appreciate the offering of the shuttle bus to the airport on the morning of my departure, but would urge the provision of this service every 30 minutes during airport opening hours FROM the airport, as the cost of €20 by taxi to get to the hotel is prohibitive for some. Though from my room I could see the airport installations, there is no possible way to walk to the hotel from the airport. The only other viable way of getting to the airport is to get a train and then a bus, which can take up to an hour, but for passengers arriving late at night, this is not an option. It would be helpful also if the shuttle driver had some elementary English, as the one who picked me up had not a word of it, possibly due to his age. No noise from airplanes while sleeping. Good WiFi service. Grateful for wake-up call from reception.

I enjoyed an excellent one night stay at this hotel with the highlight being the helpful reception staff and the evening food and drink. The room was comfortable, clean and I enjoyed a good nights sleep followed by a good breakfast the following morning.

Arrived early at the hotel, and there was no room for me to check in until 1030 am, even though I am an ibis business card holder. But the staff are courteous and polite. Could have been better if I was allowed to take a room upon my arrival especially after a long 12 hours flight.

The room was very small but I only needed a bed, it was very clean and modern and compact. The bed was very comfortable. In the lobby there was a bar/cafe that was open 24/7! And there was a shuttle to the airport every half hour.

Arrived at the check-in counter, told the staff my name, and the 2 rooms I booked. Usually the staff would retrieve two forms from the prepared file, and this check-in staff took out only one, and without even providing me my free drink voucher until I asked. And when payment was made, he basically just let me have the credit card machine, and I had to tear the receipt on his behalf. And when he's talking to me, he's basically looking at other places. Do not seem to be very interested in doing his job in my opinion. Missed the good service provided by one of the Korean lady in the past few trips I was there.

This appears to be a brand new Ibis. The rooms are surprisingly large. The staff (especially the Thai girl in reception) are just a delight. The rooms have a great expansive view of the airport, yet transport too and from is difficult by public transport, I suggest Uber that is fast and efficient. I think the hotel should have a shuttle (as most other airport Ibis have)
