The rooms and environment of the stay was amazing. The rooms has all the necessary items of a korean home! Air purifier, hot tub, water purifier. It was too good that i dont want to leave. The aircon was a slight letdown for me, as there wasnt a choice for me to increase fan speed, so i had to open the door to let the cool air in. Oh yeah 1 more point, the front desk folks, maybe they can be slightly more smiley and welcoming? Dont get me wrong, they were ready to get their job done, but with a much stricter and less smiley attitude.

Great hotel in traditional Korean style

The visuals of the hotel (outside and inside) look stunning, a very interesting experience to live in Korean traditional style lodges. Inside the hotel is very quiet and peaceful, it is nice to walk between the lodges and enjoy this atmosphere. Our room had a small courtyard where we could sit and relax. Near the hotel is a great park for walking, as well as near the hotel there are various stores and cafes. The room had a great bathroom to relax in. The free mini bar was a pleasant surprise. Excellent staff who are ready to meet and help with all problems. We had a misunderstanding when handing over the laundry (the date of receipt of clothes was after our departure from the hotel), but the receptionist did everything possible to get the clothes from the laundry before our departure and we once again thank Jason Moon (I hope I remember correctly) very much for this.

We had the most amazing stay with this hotel! The rooms are stunning and the view of the city mixed with the historical feel of the hotel was magical. 10/10 recommend to anyone staying in the Songdo Incheon area. It was also extremely easy to get to the international airport from the hotel for departure.
