I first stayed at this hotel in Nov 2022 and was very impressed with the peace and calm, and had a very good rest. Due to the fantastic experience, I made a trip back to the hotel in Mar 2023 for a 1 night stay before flying back home. We (me and son) stayed at a Royal Suite. The Royal Suite is very comfortable and relaxing. However, I was awoken up from my sleep the next morning when a group of people trespassed into my Royal Suite to take photographs at the garden and talking loudly in Korean. My window was half-opened so it is definitely a privacy issue as well. When I opened the window, I saw around 4-5 men and some were shocked and they left in a hurry. It was not pleasant. Also, I think for price-point of a Royal Suite, breakfast should be provided but unfortunately it was not. Being awoken from my sleep is a big turn off….

Very Comfortable Stay

The room is huge, got an upgrade with a small backyard to hang out, sadly the temp dropped unable to enjoy it. The room was cleaned and bed super comfy that I do not want to get out. Just like a traditional hanok, the floor also warmed. The robe looked very old and worn out that i don’t want to use it. Overall it was a good stay and I would bring my parents next time to enjoy it.

The hotel is sooo beautiful and clean. They gave me complimentary hanbok rental to take a picture around hotel area. The staff is really nice. They help me took a picture with hanbok. The traditional breakfast also yummy. Will be back if I visit South Korea again.

Our sixth stay. As usual the level of hospitality care and service was top notch. First stay after COVID. Restaurant not yet reopened for buffets or Dinner, but a great breakfast served us individually both mornings.
