Nice staff. Very small room, quite tired. Not enough towels. Shower temperature fluctuates. Tiny wardrobe. No shelves. No mini bar. Sex shops either side of the hotel.

Our stay at the Mercure was very pleasant. From check-in to check-out, the staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The facilities were comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent — beautifully presented and delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris.
