My first room smelt like mold right away upon entry. I found the mold near the entryway. I told the front desk who kindly changed my room. The second room also smelt like mold. The mold was visible on the washroom ceiling. As I was walking toward the front desk, she rolled her eyes. I told her about the second room and she proceeded to report that there wasn't any room available and provided a refund. Thank you for the refund but the attitude was not necessary. Fix the mold issues and you won't have any guest complaints.

Your rooms and the bathrooms are tiny . I could t close the bathroom door ! I am 1,88m apart from that the mold from the humidity was extreme and is a health issue !
