People need to understand that this is a budget hotel and for the price, me and my wife were more than satisfied. The location was perfect, everything is close to it. The staff were amazing and very friendly. Yes, the room could be bigger and have other amenities but it’s a budget hotel. The bed was comfortable, the A/C was cold and powerful. Staff was also very accommodating when asking for extra towels. I highly recommend this hotel with the knowledge that it’s a budget one, so don’t expect it to be like a fully priced hotel room.

The only thing that I did not like, was that I requested during the reservation a high floor, and I got an email confirming that request. The person at the reception gave me a second floor and lied to my face saying that the higher floors where not available for stays at the hotel, but I saw many people in the elevators going to the 8th and 7th floors.

In general a good hotel, the only important thing they have to change are the mattresses, very hard and old. Mine was like a banana before l touched it and l woke up in pain.

The room was not properly cleaned, there were multiple hairs (ewww) from previous guests and even dried blood on the floor. The bed was uncomfortable. Location was good. Breakfast was simple, but ok During check-in, staff seemed more focused on chatting, eating, and restocking the food area than assisting guests. Check-in took ages. No english spoken by staff members. I don't recommed.
