All good, please, make sure to set the fact that you don't debit the money until the person get to the hotel, I thought that was already debited from my card.

Absoluta decepción para un grupo hotelero puntero

Con mi reserva cancelada por internet y creyendo que todo estaba cancelado me sorprenden, primero con que antes de personarme en el hotel no hay manera de averiguar si la reserva es correcta, no atienden al teléfono +576053100838, no responden al email ha015-re@accor.com ni al whatsapp +573044767724 ni en instagram, una vez llego y me identifico la intención es facturarme de nuevo totalmente la reserva, aclarado que está pagado ¿? me dicen que han de añadir el iva, supuestamente porque soy residente colombiano, estuve lento y debí de usar mi pasaporte español, a ver que se hubieran inventado, las peripecias no se acaban porque al día siguiente no pasaron a limpiar la habitación hasta las 17,30h, obviamente por falta de personal, impresionante, a esa hora estaba reunido con una persona por lo que se ahorraron la limpieza, además el aire acondicionado goteaba y por fortuna solo lo usé un par de horas con clima benigno, de lo contrario he de salir nadando. Para olvidar, absolutamente decepcionante
