The hotel is well located, quite clean and staff was kind. In case you need your company's info in the bill, double check if they add it correctly, I needed to wait extra because there was a mistake.

I think the hotel was a good choice for staying at Barranquilla, because we were not looking for a luxury accommodation, but we still wanted comfort with great location. It does have a very good price-quality ratio. The staff was super friendly and helpful and it is very clean. The design is very pleasant. To improve: the inner temperature in the rooms, at least ours, was not optimal and it was not easy to set. There should be blankets, made of a more natural material (it felt just too synthetic), and not only the thick, heavy cover, so guests have the option to choose, based on the internal room temperature. Other than that, very good!

Ibis BAQ was inconvenient for us. No refrigerator, no microwave and kind of uncomfortable. We were lucky to be able to cancel and move to another hotel in BAQ (Holiday Inn Express) for about the same price.

I went just for one night. Breakfast could be better. Shower soap was quite awful. TV didn't change channels. Great bed. GREAT curtains!!!!

This is ok, nice small, good breakfast. There was a mistake, they inform to us that breakfast was include into the final price but on check-in you charged me Impoconsumo like 8%. In the end, the account exceeded what I had planned to spend.

1. The big problem is to sleep. People slam the door from 4:00 am. The hotel should implemt a mechanism to avoid slam the doors. 2. The is not printer. I needed to print documents for my business but I couldn't. I had to walk a few blocks asking people where to find a printer.
