The room was ok and the staff were nice. The morning market blocks the street so if you call a taxi, they will not be able to come to pick you up in front of the hotel. Plus, the street in front of the hotel smells very fishy... (But it's not the hotel's fault) This hotel is not near the beach or the pier (in case you want to go to the islands). When you come to Phuket for travel, it's better to have accommodation near the beach or the pier.

Laundry service issue

I stay here quite often and I sometimes use laundry service , every time I need to call and ask where's my laundry. If you can't deliver as said on the laundry service sheet, why putting it. And with the last stay , the receptionist said I need to pay before I can get my laundry because there's no deposit. If so, why the first time I paid at check out, and why not informed when I call to send laundry. The other services are good.

The breakfast on 2nd day had stale tomato, longon. No one was able to provide whether breads had egg or not. The vegetarian breakfast items were very limited and was not with adequate taste for us
