The hotel has a good location, central, you can reach spas, supermarket, shop by foot. As Accor Gold member no upgrade and the room had a window overlooking a dirty alley. The staff was really helpful ans friendly.

Welcome drink was not alcoholic, housekeeping was average. Rooms were nice so also the food in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet could be improved.

From the ground staff, they were not cool. Treat clients like I was asking to sleep for free, no smile, no hello. Online check in one day before but on the arrival day my room was not available, i still have to wait. Someone came after me, but they got treat before me. No amenities until asking for it. Be careful, even naming as Ibis budget or whatever but you count as a 4 star hotel. The room is clean but the toilet was not.
