5 minute walk to main train station. 10-15 minute walk to old town. Staff very welcoming. Room very comfortable and clean, lovely little balcony. Breakfast very good with plenty of choice. We have stayed at this hotel previously and would not look for anywhere else when staying in Nice, it is very convenient for what we needed. We recommended it to 2 more couples who stayed with us also, they agreed it was very good .

Good location for the town and the train station. Beds were hard and it was too hot in the rooms. Air con wasn't working maybe because not summer yet but too hot to sleep well. Rooms could do with a small kettle and teabags/ coffee like other hotels offer but had to pay in reception for a cup of tea.
