Your comments regarding the complimentary amenities and room upgrades have been noted. We provide complimentary room upgrades for members when availability permits. Unfortunately, on the date of your most recent stay, the hotel was at capacity and therefore, no guests were able to be upgraded. Unfortunately, guest amenities are provided to membership tiers Gold, Platinum & Diamond. While these are no longer delivered to rooms, they are gifted to our loyal members upon check-in. We continually evaluate our amenity offerings to ensure they meet the expectations of our valued guests, especially those who have been with us for many years. As you are now a Silver tier member, you are unfortunately not entitled to this benefit. Free drink vouchers are provided as a gesture of appreciation for member loyalty. All members regardless of membership tier or stay frequency, are entitled to one complimentary drink per adult booked. This is equivalent to one serving per customer, in accordance with RSA requirements and responsible service guidelines. Legally, we’re unable to provide 'extra splashes', beyond the permitted serving size. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. We do in-fact offer a Skip to Clean incentive program, that rewards guests who display a provided skip cleaning sign on their doors, with 100 Accor loyalty points, per day. If you have any questions about how to arrange this, please speak with our reception team, who will happily assist you. We regret to hear about the confusion you experienced with the breakfast. Our team is available 24 hours to provide future clarity. We will pass your feedback on regarding the breakfast selection, to the external restaurant.
