Staff were very friendly and helpful regarding food and getting things dropped off due to isolation. One particular man who worked during the evening was able to contact the general manager and other people to help with a situation regarding leaving isolation and help with a doctor. Very nice of him and wish I knew his name but thank you to all the staff

Considering the CIVID restrictions inplace and the closure of Panthers it was an OK visit. But the absence of crockery and cutlery combined with the charges for internet access is not very friendly.

Had the pleasure of staying with my 3 kids. It waa during the state lock down as we had medical appointments at the children's hospital. The hotel was extremely comfortable and the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. Definitely would recommend and stay here again.

this particular visit I was given a room in the corridor walking towards the penrith rsl club. this has never happened to me before but it was extremely noisy and in particular on Sat,13th june night the room next door to me broke out into a very loud fight. the couple and possibly extra adult were violently yelling and hitting the wall behind my headboard at 3.30am. I did ring the service desk and it did appear to stop but I also mentioned it to the desk staff the following day on check out. the lady next to me also checking out had the same experience. even though this is out of your control maybe your staff should patrol the corridors where possible. No options for room service after 8:30 is ridiculous. You are an expensive hotel and need a better food service.

In regards to our Room Service offering this comes from Panthers and unfortunately the hours of service had been reduced due to them refurbishing one of there Restaurants but I am pleased to report this has since been completed. Great modern room, quite small though with two beds. Would have given 10/10 if there was a courtesy lift to the club as it was raining, even one of those little golf buggies transport people/the elderly to the club entrance. Otherwise it was a good stay.

As there is a COVID out break in Sydney Mercure Penrith sent me an online check which was great so all I had to do was pick up room key when we arrived. We received a great room upgrade which was very much appreciated. Enjoyed our overnight stay.

Irritating high pitch noise coming from the bathroom mirror light all night... no sleep for me as I had to leave the light on for the kids. Usually a 10/10 place to stay. Staff didn't seem too phased when I mentioned it on check out

all aspects of the stay were excellent in regards to the hotel except On the Saturday night we could hear the loud music from the Panthers club until 3am in the morning and as we had, had a busy day and were really tired this was unacceptable. They said they could not move us due to booked out but feel double glazing would fix the problem.

Worst room I have ever stayed in. It was in Basement and we had to walk past the linen room to get to our room. The room was dark and dingy and the hall way had musty smell and no air .It was way over priced for what we got and I would never stay there again.
