My go to hotel when in Melbourne. Staff are friendly rooms well appointed. The executive lounge is consistently good and for this trip Stuart was an absolute joy to see every morning. Easy parking if you have a car and can be either valet or self parked. The ground floor bar area is always a great place to meet up with friends or just people watch. Food is good and a great beverage options. Never fails to provide.

Second year in a row we have stayed at the Pullman for the Melbourne Marathon and its perfect for anyone one competing in the event. Located just across from the MCG, its a short walk (and back for those who are a bit sore afterwards). Bonus features are the pool, sauna and steam room for recovery also! Easy access to the city for meals or events with the tram stop just out the front and the train station just across the road! Perfect for anyone who wants something just out of the noisy cbd but easily accessible. Onsite parking is a bit hefty at $45 per night to park in their secured parking, but it is convenient and you can come and go as much as you need. Previously we arrived a bit later and managed to park on the street for free around metered hours. See you next year!

This hotel is a very large full service hotel. The room and bathroom were large and comfortable, but let down by silly "modern" design features - light switches on a combined panel (making changing the lighting a nightmare), a see-through panel from bathroom to bedroom (which had to be closed again each night), loo-roll holder right behind the toilet where you couldn't reach it. Hotel located a ten-minute walk from the CBD, but there's a tram stop right outside. The Dining Room was large and had plenty of choice and quality on the breakfast buffet.

I thought I wrote this review but it didn’t show, so I’ll summarise 1) when checking in, some trainee was there. We basically got handed the room keys with zero information about room type and hotel info etc 2) the room itself was decent, TVs were old and one of the remotes don’t work, small issue tho 3) the breakfast is HORRIBLE. First we went made it back at 11am (right when closing), the manager there (a southeast Asian gentlemen…) said they are closing. We only wanted to get a coffee at the coffee machine in front of us. He directed us to the bar which took our order and said there was a charge?? We went back for breakfast the next day (weekend), first, no one brings you to the table and asks if you want anything, second, the select is VERY limited. I expect much more from Pullman. 4) the room cleaning service is pretty bad. I had my laundry drawer open purposely for them to give me just another laundry bag, but 3 days pass and the drawer was left open. They do clean most stuff, but the detail that you get at other hotels is far superior 5) the good thing is there is car rental right under the hotel with decent prices. The guy there was pretty nice Overall, I would not stay here again. With this pricing, you can find much better places.

Adorei o hotel, pessoal da recepção muito solícito e simpático. Quarto moderno e banheiro impecável. Pertinho do parque e do estádio, próximo ao centro, dá pra fazer tudo a pé se você não tem preguiça de andar. Muito bom!
