The shower head in the bathroom was only half working (only 1/2 is can get out of the water). The room is too wet which means the A/C cannot remove the moisture in the room. My girlfriend and I feel very uncomfortable the whole night. In addition, I DO NOT UNDERSTAND why Pullman's lobby is that hot!! PLEASE ask all lobby staff, especially lobby managers, to experience their air conditioning in the lobbies of high-end hotels in Xi 'an, Shanghai and other areas. In summer, the moment you enter the lobby should make you feel cold or even shiver, rather than just not as hot outside!

Check in credit card/ali pay did not work, however room was good and nice view to lake. Breakfast all in all ok to find also for European taste something. Not acceptable was that bar had almost no drinks / food items from total menu.

118pgg Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

Visited Pullman Hefei Wanda Hotel on 6th January 2020. Very clean area, the room very spacious and comfortable. The hotel just located right before the pond. Weather very cold, only 2 degree Celsius. Had great night staying here. The hotel also have Swimming Pool located at indoor second floor, very warm. Even have Ping Pong room to play. Children indoor playground.
