This is our 4 visit to this Hotel, never had a bad experience, always, lovely staff, as soon as you walk into reception, your greeted really well, hotel rooms perfect, nothing we could complain about, tonight we have been in the restaurant, we have never ever had a bad meal, absolutely delicious, I had lamb, honestly cooked so nice, i really enjoyed it, nothing left on my plate, my husband had the fish, again, really enjoyed his food, service was honestly the BEST, people checking on you, smiling each time they passed your table, very busy, but still gave great service, honestly can not fault, this Hotel, thank you, yet again, for making our forth stay, just as great as the first stay, such amazing value to, thank you 🙏

The 2 pillows provided were dreadful and no additional pillows in the room. At this time of the year, lighter quilts should be provided. Marco Pierre restaurant was a disappointment. I am not sure Marco Pierre would be proud of the food being served and the general lack of enthusiasm of serving staff. Problem with website for booking the room, so had to call hotel reception. They booked for us. We belong to the Accor membership

Modern hotel, stayed overnight. There was a coach trip there when we arrived so very busy. The superior room was spacious and clean. However, there was road noise (on the first floor). Recommend ask for a higher room, or room not next to the main road to reduce traffic noise. Only had a drink in the bar, didn't eat in the restaurant, it was very busy with coach trip. Car park charge £10 per day.

We often stay at the Mercure in Bridgwater after spending the day visiting places of interest and have always found it to be clean, comfortable, spacious and airy. The beds are comfortable and we always have a really good night’s sleep. In the morning we look forward to a delicious breakfast, ready to start the day.
