Regarding the check-in process, if you have already completed online check-in, using the tablet is actually much faster since only the key creation remains, which takes just a few seconds. The ID check is simply to confirm the details of the main guest and ensure security for everyone. Concerning the Wi-Fi, we regret any inconvenience caused. Normally, if a room’s Wi-Fi is not working, our front office team is informed promptly, and we either investigate the issue immediately or offer the guest another room to ensure a stable connection for work or leisure. Regarding parking, in Amsterdam it is necessary to pay for parking almost everywhere. Our paid covered parking at €25 per day is very competitive for the area. We regret any confusion or frustration this caused. We also apologize for the cleanliness issue you experienced in the bathroom. This does not reflect our usual standards, and your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping team for immediate follow-up. While we regret that your stay was disappointing, we truly value your feedback as it helps us identify areas where we need to improve.
