J'avais demandé une chambre avec de grandes baies vitrees mais la chambre proposee n en possedait pas Les personnes presentes a l accueil ont fait le maximum pour acceder a ma demande

nous avons fêter nos 20ans de mariage dans cet hôtel en chambre double privilège nous avons été très déçu le papier se décollais du mur nous avions de toute petite fenêtre la chambre était très petite et sentais le renfermé

Le personnel est très professionnel mais très froid . On a reclamer ,a moi dans un 1er temps et a mon amie dans un second temps , de payer le petit déjeuner pour nos enfants alors que celui ci était déjà compris dans notre réservation. Ce n'est pas agréable de se faire interpeller a l'acceuil pour de l'argent comme si on volait quelque chose avant de faire toute les vérifications et de nous dire par la suite que c'est Ok . Surtout a 2 reprises .
