The room I stayed in was nice. But I don’t understand why do I have to request for the kits I need. Which they should have been placed in the room (even just one). The burger I ordered had plastic. The breakfast selection not good. I chose your property because I am happy with the service I get with Novotel every time I check in abroad. But the Cikini property never again. Bu the way, I sent an email to your reservation department November 3 until now no one answered my query. The only saving grace was your front desk team Salsa specifically. She was very helpful.

The staffs are vey friendly and helpful, they really extended their services in arranging transport and booking of tickets for places of attraction in Jakarta. Breakfast with good spread of food. Will be the first choice if we visit Jakarta again.

Breakfast is recommended, variative The services are excellent , Pak sehat nya ramah pake banget. Room is comfortable. We got complimentary . Access is near to business hub. Cikini's railway station is near. Bubur ayam cikini is around the corner.
