we call it Jalan Sabang, from the cross-section from the road in front of Embassy of Spain until cross-section near the Jakarta box tower, you can find a lot of street food here. only walks less than 10 minutes from the Ibis Arcadia, and you can find a good barbershop called di bawah pohon rindang, it's behind the sarinah building

Previously, I stayed at Ibis Arcadia many times but over the past year or so I have stayed elsewhere because of nearby construction activity. Now that this is nearly finished, I have returned and am very happy with the hotel and its staff. Rooms are very clean, breakfast is good and staff are very pleasant and helpful.

well located hotel

This hotel is a very well located near place where we needed to be. However the sign is not very well visible compare to the other ibis hotel across the road. We were (and our guests) at first went to the lobby of the other ibis hotel. We do have some complaints: 1. Complimentary bottle, sandals and toothbrush, for a 2 guests room, we got only 1 of each. We did call the receptionist about it, but until our departure, none to be sent to our room. Bad management ?? 2. Almost all of the food were spicy. My partner can stand of it, so she just ate bread instead of full selection that Ibis Arcadia provided for us. 3. Room smelled a bit like someone were previously smoked some cigarettes. It was a bit concerning due to we brought our toddler with us. Luckily the smell went away after we turned the ac after a while. Other than those points, we were happy we can stay again in one of Ibis chain hotel. 4. WiFi was not working, and complaining was not even helping. How odd!

My stay was one of the finest stays in Accor hotels, as I liked the room in terms of equipment and hygiene, but my notes were the following: 1- The lighting key is not available near the room door. 2- I wished there was a separate lighting at the office table. 3- There is no suction fan in the bathroom or not working. Otherwise, there are no notes, and I hope to repeat the experiment with another feature, and I recommend staying there Again.

As an Ibis frequent client I confess to be disappointed with the appearance, cleanliness and conservation of the room. It looks like to be somehow abandoned. The same impression I had at Ibis Budget (Jakarta) as well as Novotel (Semarang) in the same business travel to Indonesia.

a budget hotel with stiff rule, at the other wise the room is small and the bathroom is to small to take a shower

Leakage shower

The shower was leaked, I couldnt even take a shower. The FDA night staff told me that I would get my breakfast but when i was about to get my breakfast. the GRO told me that my room was breakfast excluded. I am totally disappointed

Because the key was super sensitive to mobile phones I have to go back and forth to the reception to reprogrammed the key, and everytime I bring the key out I have to put it far from my mobile phone which is a nuisance. The electricity also down when I put the kettle on and they said they've put the wrong size of the kettle

Among the best location I can expect in Jakarta, breakfast is quite superb for its range, and I am very impressed by the hospitality & professionalisms of the staff. If only (either) it has swimming pool and/or gym, I definitely will give it 9 out of 10..

I stayed at this hotel because I had to reschedule my business appointments, and I need a hotel near Gambir. I have stayed several times at this hotel and I realized that this hotel needs serious physical improvement. I received an upgrade to 802 (the receptionist said that it was the largest room at this hotel, and it was spacious). But, the room was really old. It looked old and it felt old; the lights, the bed, the room, the bath & shower, and the lobby. I couldn't imagine how the standard room looked like. Those basic facilities worked quite okay, but that's it. Don't expect to have an Internet connection. I could use the Internet with my laptop, but I could hardly use it with my mobile. Shortly, the hotel offered very basic service, because it's cheap. So, don't expect much!

As usual I had another excellent 2 nights stay recently at Ibis Jakarta, Arcadia. The hotel met with all my expectations. The staff greeted and made me felt very welcome as I walked through the front door to check in. The room allocated to me was clean and comfortable. i slept very well during the two nights I stayed at the hotel. Location wise, it is excellent . All essential facilities are nearby within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel to all budget travelers to Jakarta. Personally , without question, I shall return again.

Cleanliness needs to improve | Airport produced noise

The towels are not too clean, there are visible marks in it. At one of the night, the air-con actually provide some noises, caused me awake and very hard to get back to sleep anymore. Other than that, it is quite good.

I had another satisfying and comfortable 2 nights stay at the Ibis Jakarta Arcadia recently. Couldn't ask for more for the price I paid. The Hotel is well located to many restaurants all well within walking distance. The room I had was comfortable , quiet and I had a very relaxing and peaceful sleep.
