Hotel Grand Mercure Lampung has a strategic location in the city center, the staff was friendly and the check-in process was easy. However, it was very disappointing that we had welcome drink vouchers which were not informed to us by the hotel staff. The room itself was clean, but the air conditioning in the corridor in front of the room was not turned on, so it felt quite hot. As for the restaurant during breakfast, the food provided was no longer warm (I had breakfast at 9 am). Some standard items such as fried rice and porridge had run out and were not refilled. In addition, the cleanliness of the tables in the breakfast area needs more attention because there was a slight fishy smell. Please improve this in the future. Thank you.
