Not so clean, a few problems and messy breakfast

I found a nail in my bedroom. The last 3 times I stayed there I always had to ask for maintenance in something (shower, sink and other stuff). The hotel is very busy latelly and the staff can't handle to keep the breakfast organized.

Small Room. No water on the room.
