Too much time for checkin and checkout

It was a huge queue and took about 20 minutes to checkin and another 20 minutes to checkout. On top of this, I paid upfront in the All Accor app and at the checkout the counter said it was not paid and started blaming her colleague that did the checkin. Very poor experience.

Well thought out space

We chose a room with an extra sofa bed and we were not disappointed. It was located at the end of the hallway, with an extra door for privacy. It added to the overall lack of noise. The room is comfortable, with the air conditioning remote right by the bed. The bathroom is small but cleverly designed. Breakfast is too expensive for what’s offered so we had it elsewhere.
