Let me start by saying Corentin and his staff are amazing. We opted for a contracted room block of 21 rooms for our wedding. From the very beginning Corentin made everything easy, from coordinating to payments. The hotel is beautiful. Everyone enjoyed their accommodations and not a single complaint. The rooms were spacious and clean! The beds were comfy and bathrooms were well equipped. The staff was very helpful and always ready to assist. Breakfast was included and was plentiful with a great spread. The metro is at the end of the street as well as the il de Paris (streetcar) stopped right outside the hotel. There are many places to eat just steps away. We absolutely plan on returning for our next trip!

Well located hotel, few steps away from Metro line 4 which connects you to Paris’ center and gare du nord and gare de l’Est. Rooms are nice and quiet. Breakfast buffet is awesome with organic and homemade products such as pies, toasts and more. The hotel also has a nice co-working area that allows guests to work during the day without having to stay in their room. Fast internet also makes it easier. Highly recommended!

Terrible service The hotel is terrible in terms of service from its employees. Poor training. Bad mood. No willingness to serve the customer. Rude. disappointed. I was in a group with 40 people and it was not enough for the hotel to treat me well.

We have been lucky to have been able to visit Paris several times, and have stayed in several different hotels, and our stay in the Mercure Paris Alesia was one of the best. We visited during the olympics, which was a busy and stressful time for all hotels I'm sure, but from the time we first made the booking their communication was great. We even contacted them with a question before our arrival and they promptly got back to us. The location was ideal as it is just steps away from a metro station, is in a nice neighborhood, but not in an area flooded with tourists. From the time we checked in the staff were friendly and welcoming (also, unlike most other hotels, their check-in/out times were very generous. we could check-in at 14:00, and didn't have to check-out till noon). They were helpful with every question we had and were always very professional. The property itself is modern, clean, and offers all the amenities you could want. Additionally, the breakfast they offer is pretty darn good! I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris.

wonderful front reception staff. Very helpful with maps and using t. train system. Room very clean. Breakfast buffet and support staff who refill food items were customer friendly and worked very fast.
