Really nice hotel situated in a fairly central location. I had a lovely room with a very comfortable bed. There was a very good choice at breakfast catering well for a vegetarian and good value for money. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Ibis has parking nearby, the FD Arena, loads of bars and restaurants, all within 100meters.

Dog in next room which was barking at 1.30am and 6.30am. Don’t know dogs was allowed

We were staying here for the Leeds marathon. For location, it was ideal. The room was a great size, clean, bed was comfy and the air con was welcomed. It felt like a treat to come back and the room had been serviced which we weren’t expecting given post covid hotel measures. This was brilliant. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a great stay and will be looking to return for the event next year. Thank you.
